Cancellation Policy
**DEPOSIT & PAYMENT** - ALL DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE - Once your appointment is approved a $30 Deposit must be sent within 24 hours of the approval notice. - Deposit may be sent VIA Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cashapp (914)-548-5868. - If your $30 deposit is not sent within 24 hours of the approval notice your appointment will be canceled. - $30 deposit goes towards your service total, remaining balance will be due VIA Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cashapp. **APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION & LOCATION** - You will be sent an appointment confirmation via text and email about important appointment updates approved , denied, canceled, or changed. - YOU WILL BE SENT THE ADDRESS TO THE SALON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONG WITH ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. **LATE ARRIVAL** - There is a 10 minute grace period - After 10 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee. - After 20 minutes you will be considered no show & your appointment will be canceled (Deposit not refundable) - Coming to your appointment with makeup is a $15 makeup remove fee **RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION** - You must reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to transfer your deposit to another date and/or time. - If you try rescheduling an appointment within the 48 hours prior to your appointment you must send a new $30 deposit for that appointment slot. - You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours. - If you are continuiously no show you will be blocked from future bookings or ONLY booked with your service paid in full in advance. ** EXTRA GUEST & KIDS** -There are no extra guest or children allowed **** FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE CONTACT (845)-850-8415
